l’ Antica Latteria Erbavoglio in Aosta is a little shop where you can snoop between local particularities. It’s fun hanging around there to discover the true stories told by Eva Perron about crazy producers, the environment and the good things of the local food and wine. She showed me also a very special cellar where they experiment with the aging processes of the cheeses they buy from local producers.
